Original Lloyd Loom Wicker
Lloyd Loom Wicker is put through a patented process of weaving cellulose strands into wicker fabric. Lloyd Flanders has an advanced original
technology producing a continuous strand that will not peel or crack, resulting in a consistently smooth weave. Each strand in the fabric's
weave is reinforced with aluminum wire & is constructed of twisted cellulose fibers immersed in glue to prevent unraveling. Following the weave
process, the wicker is completely submerged in a resin emulsion and heated to form a flexible coating which provides protection from moisture.
Then, the wicker is contoured over a sturdy aluminum frame and is completed with Lloyd Flanders' special Durium finish.
Comfort Plush Premium Outdoor Seating System
Lloyd Flanders' cushions offer exceptional seating comfort and resilience, are mildew & bacteria resistant and are environmentally friendly.
These cushions are made using Spring Bond Premium cushioning & have a cushion core that is wrapped with 100 percent polyester fiber. Bonded to this
foam and fiber wrapped core is a 100 percent polypropylene jacket completely surrounding the entire core. The jacket is composed
of 2 layers of spun bond fabric which sandwich an inner layer of meltblown fabric which is a hydrophobic material that means "to shed water".
Durium Finish
Lloyd Flanders Durium Finish is a unique coating of baking polyester modified with an acrylic copolymer to enhance performance. Durium is a high
performance coating which is designed to be both hard and flexible while providing excellent gloss & color retention under accelerated weather
conditions. This coating is also formulated to be free of any toxic heavy metals.

Lloyd Flanders has over a hundred different styles of cushion fabrics offered in Patterns, Stripes, Plaids, Solids, and the Lloyd Flanders High Point Collection
of Sunbrella Decorative Fabrics. Most cushion fabrics can have a welt added at a extra charge for a more decorative appearance and the welts can be made of any
of the same styles or colors as the actual cushion fabrics. You can also mix and match cushion colors and welts to your preference.
